简历介绍

马淑花,女,工学博士,研究员,博士生导师。2007年毕业于中国科学院过程工程研究所,获博士学位,之后在清华大学从事博士后研究,2009 年出站后在过程工程研究所工作至今。2018年获得内蒙古“草原英才”荣誉称号。主要从事大宗煤基固废和呆滞铝土矿等富铝硅低值资源开发利用新理论与新技术研究,包括粉煤灰基退化土壤改良新材料科学与工程、煤矸石智能分选与分质利用、高铝粉煤灰制备硅基新材料、低品位铝土矿低碳提铝等研究方向,建立了较为完整的基础研究-工程技术与应用-产品标准的研究体系。研究工作得到国家重点研发计划、中科院战略性先导科技专项和重点项目、环保部重大科技专项、中国工程院产业发展战略咨询项目、内蒙古和宁夏等地科技厅重点研发项目、北京市自然科学基金以及企业横向项目等30余项支持。目前,已发表高水平学术论文105篇,申请国家发明专利89项,授权专利48项,合著专著2本,牵头和参与制定五项固废利用相关的团体标准。兼任中国硅酸盐学会固废分会粉煤灰煤矸石和地聚物专业委员会委员、中国化工企业管理协会土壤健康分会副会长、亚洲粉煤灰协会专家委员会委员、中国循环经济协会粉煤灰专业委员会专家等职务。
