简历介绍

魏炜,中国科学院过程工程研究所研究员,博士生导师,生物药制备与递送全国重点实验室主任。2004年本科毕业于北京大学医学部,同年保送进入中国科学院过程工程研究所硕博连读,2011年博士毕业后留所工作至今,先后破格晋升为副研究员和研究员。研究领域主要聚焦于仿生剂型工程,重点基于蛋白、细菌、细胞等天然对象,对载体进行仿生设计,并发展新的制备过程,借助仿生对象体内固有途径实现药物精准递送,应用于抗肿瘤、疫苗、组织修复等领域。

目前,共发表SCI论文151篇,他引9336次;其中,近十年以通讯作者在Nature、Nat Nanotechnol、Nat Biomed Eng、Sci Transl Med、Cell Host & Microbe等发表SCI论文85篇,包括20篇CNS正刊及子刊;授权4项国际发明专利和7项中国发明专利,3个剂型通过伦理批准并开展IIT研究;获亚洲杰出科研工作者和工程师奖、中国颗粒学会自然科学一等奖、中源协和生命医学创新突破奖等;主持了国家基金委杰出青年基金、国家重点研发计划、中国科学院战略性先导科技专项C类、中国科学院稳定支持基础研究领域青年团队计划等;担任中国化工学会生物化工专委会委员、中国疫苗行业协会疫苗基础研究专业委员会委员等。
