简历介绍

白硕研究员,2025年入选国家相关人才计划科技创新领军人才,2015年入选国家高层次人才引进计划青年项目。中国科学院过程工程研究所博士生导师,生物剂型与生物材料研究部副主任,生物药制备与递送国家重点实验室“凝胶生物材料”课题组组长。2010年于德国马普学会胶体与界面研究所(Max Planck Institute of Colloids and Interfaces)获得博士学位,2011年-2012年在瑞士阿道夫•梅克尔研究所(Adolphe Merkle Institute)从事博士后研究工作,2012年-2015年在英国斯特拉斯克莱德大学(University of Strathclyde)从事研究助理工作。2015年回国加入中国科学院过程工程研究所。一直从事分子组装水凝胶的设计和制备方面的研究,通过调控其化学、力学、电学、生物和结构特性,构建了一系列可注射、可3D 打印的功能性水凝胶体系;针对脑机接口器件在生物医学和临床应用中的关键问题,如植入后的力学性能不匹配和免疫反应造成的功能失效,开发了兼具高导电性、力学性能、组织粘附性、生物兼容性和光学透明性的凝胶电极作为生物体和脑机接口器件之间的有效桥梁,并为生物医学应用提供了新的解决方案。

现已在Science专刊、Sci. Adv.、Nat. Commun.、Adv. Sci., Matter、 Adv. Mater.、CCS Chemistry等国际国内顶级学术期刊发表论文80多篇。申请发明专利20余项(已授权13项)。现任 Colloids and Surfaces A 期刊副主编,Bio-Design and Manufacturing期刊副主编。近五年主持的重大课题包括:(1) 中国科学院战略性先导科技专项(B类),高效人机接口与单分子感知器件,项目负责人;(2)国家重点研发计划(科技部),干细胞微载体培养工艺和规模化制备设备的研究,课题负责人;(3)中国科学院战略性先导科技专项(A 类),基于 3D 生物打印干细胞诱导分化与肝组织体外构建的研究,子课题负责人。
