简历介绍

丛威,研究员、博士生导师男,1969年7月生。1989年7月毕业于清华大学化工系,1993年在清华大学化工系获博士学位,1993-1995年在中科院过程工程所从事博士后研究,出站后留所工作。

研究方向为清洁生产与微藻培养工程。针对大宗氨基酸有机酸褐藻胶等产品生产的重污染高消耗,开发工艺调控、酸碱再生、废水资源化等技术,实现高盐废液中酸碱盐和水的再生循环,大幅度降低酸碱消耗。针对微藻生产的高物耗、高能耗、高成本,开发碳源替代技术,大幅度降低物耗、水耗;开发新型低成本光生物反应器,降低投资、提高光效;开发微藻过程控制技术,提高产率;研究微藻干燥、破壁、提取等深加工技术,实现微藻固碳制备蛋白、油脂等大宗食品及高值产品。

建立了味精、赖氨酸、乳酸葡萄糖酸等大宗发酵产品的酸碱再生和清洁生产新工艺。开发了以高剪切消化为核心的褐藻胶清洁生产新工艺,以及原料检测、消化进程监测、产品分子量分布等褐藻胶品质控制技术。系列实验室光生物反应器形成了光合反应研究平台;发明了新型开放池高效原位补碳技术、浅层高密度培养技术及新型开放池混合技术,形成了新一代微藻开放式培养技术框架;开发了多种新型大规模光生物反应器,包括软体板式光生物反应器、闪光效应的管式、气升式、光纤式光生物反应器,初步形成了微藻低成本封闭式大规模培养模式;开发了微藻培养间接控制技术以及群池控制系统;开发了微藻薄层快速干燥、低能耗破壁及蛋白、油脂提取的完整工艺路线。

承担863课题、973课题、重点研发计划国家自然科学基金、中科院项目等30余项。1999年参与获教育部科学技术进步奖二等奖1项,2005年合作成果“乳链菌肽的研究与开发”获得国家科技进步二等奖。已授权中国发明专利52项、实新专利10项、国际发明专利6项;申请中国发明专利10项,在国内外期刊发表论文200余篇。
